*Kazanoo Ltd Is able to Remove Extensions Not Done On Our Salon Only if: Consultation Before is Done where we Can Exam How much work has to be done.  There is 50 Euro per Hour on Keratin Removal plus 50 euro Fee for working on Not Extension done in Our Salon.

Terms and Conditions

 Hair Extension Beauty Works in Kazanoo

 1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee

ALL deposits paid for Hair Extensions are non – refundable.

No refunds or Exchange on Used Hair Extension or any other items due to Hygiene reasons.  After Colour of Extension is chosen & ordered from Beauty Works there is no EXCHANGE possible to different Colour. Make Sure Before you pay deposit that the Colour You decided to choose is the Final One as there will be no Any Way to change it. 

2. Colour Match

Kazanoo Hair Studio doesn't take any responsibility for Colour chosen by Client during Consultation & Colour Match day. Hairdresser in Studio might Only Help & Advice with Colour Range but Last decisions belongs to Client. 

The part of the extension that will show under your own hair when it is attached is the important match. Identify your hair color from the tip to the middle of the strand. The root portion of the hair tends to be a darker color and will be hidden once the extension has been secured.

Blending your hair on the bottom part is the most critical for a natural, real-hair look. The new-growth hair at the root will not make for a good match and the hair will not integrate as seamlessly with your own natural hair color.

When choosing a color to match your own hair, choose a color that matches your hair from the middle to the ends. Never choose the hair color of your "roots" as that tends to be a different shade. 

The best color to choose for your hair will be the one that matches with the ends of your hair. We recommend to some of our customers to purchase 2 sets if your hair has multiple shades or more than 3 shades. Always match the Swatches to the ends of your hair. 

3. Cancellations, No-Shows

If you know you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can re-schedule your appointment.
(Please note, hair extension booking fees will not be refunded in the case of cancellation)

If you do not arrive for your appointment or cancel/re-schedule within 24 hours of the start of your appointment, your deposit will be retained by the salon and Cancellation Fee applied for less then 24 hours before an appointment 50 % of Total Service price or 100% with No Show Up. All appointments Have to Be Confirmed Online via Fresha Booking System.

4. Lateness

Please let us know if you are going to be late for your appointment as soon as possible. Make sure You will reach anyone, not just Leaving a text on Social Media.  So if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel your appointment and the above cancellation terms will apply.

6. Complaints

Priority of Kazanoo Hairdressing Company is for Our Client to be completely satisfied with the service you receive from us. We run a professional business so we aim to deliver the highest possible standards in everything we do. Complaints are rare but they happen. We have a complaints policy and process which we follow to make sure that things are put right where needed and we can learn from your feedback.
If you are not happy with the service you receive, please tell a member of staff either before you leave the salon, or as soon as possible once you have left up to 48 hours. We will listen to your feedback and ask any necessary questions to understand your complaint, we aim to resolve any complaints In full within 3 weeks. Please make sure you take service total bill with you and keep it for any Claim or Complain. Without it there will be no further action taken. If you have already left the salon, do not go to another salon as we have the right to see  what the service or treatment you have received from us, looks like at the moment without any changes. If you fix your service/treatment elsewhere, we won't be able to solve any problems and will be unable to offer any sort of resolution.

7. Removals

You are required to return to the salon to have your extensions removed by us to ensure your natural hair stays in good condition; no responsibility will be accepted for any damages if extensions are removed by yourself, another salon or third party. We also require you to have your extensions taken out in the correct procedure way for the method you have fitted . No responsibility will be accepted for any damage caused beyond the recommended removal period.

8. Aftercare Products

We recommend using Beauty Works After Care products Shampoo & Conditioner which are specially designed for hair extensions. They are all Sulphate and Paraben-Free and work the best to keep your extensions in great condition. Failure to use these products could result in your hair extensions drying out/problems arising with slippage, bonds crumbling or deteriorating your extensions. We will not be responsible for any of the above and no refunds will be given if hair is faulty as we are not covered by our supplier. Its necessary to purchase Beauty Works After Care products Shampoo & Conditioner and keep a bill as a proof for above products  to have grounds for any possible Claim or Complain.

9.  Colouring of your Extensions

Colouring of your hair extensions is at your own risk. No responsibility is accepted for deterioration of your extensions, hair or bonds if you colour them. We do have a specialist in our salon if you wish to have them coloured, but all colouring is done AS WELL so at your own risk.

10.  Colouring your natural hair after a colour match

If you have changed your natural hair colour after your colour match has been carried out (and agreed by You and hair has been ordered, you will be liable for additional costs incurred, such as exchanging hair or if hair can not be returned due to returning policies paying full amount of hair. With some ranges, the hair is ordered specifically for your colour match and is non-refundable. You will then need to order new hair to match your new colour and will not be given a refund or exchange on the original batch.

11.  Services by Others

If you have your extensions cut/topped up/removed or refitted by anyone other than our salon, no responsibility will be accepted for problems arising.

12.  Allergic Reaction

Very rarely, despite a completely faultless application, should you experience an allergic reaction to the extensions, your head becomes very sensitive/painful or you feel you are simply not coping with your extensions, you will be required to come into the salon urgently so we can check and advise what to do next. If this is removal, extensions will be removed free of charge but no refund will be given. These types of reaction happen extremely quickly, not a few months after problem-free extension wear.

13.  Quality Issues

If, for any reason, you feel there is a problem with the quality of your extensions – which can happen on rare occasions as hair is an organic product (you will notice this within three weeks) – you need to make us aware of the problem urgently.  You will need to come into the salon so we can check your hair. All hair will be removed and sent back to the supplier for further testing, provided all of the aftercare advice and products have been used. Should a fault be found with the hair, we will refit and replace your hair free of charge. Just be aware that might take up to 3 weeks.

14. Holiday/Climate Change

We can not be held responsible for any damage/deterioration of your extensions while you’re on holiday. We do advise you go on holiday with an old set of extensions to prevent your new hair drying out in hot climates. Very rarely, with blonde extensions, the hair can turn an orange colour. This is caused by very hard water, which has a high oxide content and results in the blonde hair changing colour. Please understand the risks before deciding on your new set if you’re going on holiday.

15.  Any Problems Arising

Should a problem arise with Hair Colouring you must come into the salon within 48 hours of the issue arising to allow me to have a look in person and rectify any issues. It is extremely important that all clients are satisfied and happy and We will do my utmost to resolve any problems. No refund will be given if a visit has not been arranged within 48 hours so we can look at the hair colour, or if the problem has arisen due to another salon or third party. If there is no solution found We need complain in written to from where we will response during 21 working days. If the claim will be approved, the costs will be refunded in whole or in part.

All prices are subject to changes without notice. Pricing may vary depending on the clients individual requirements & own natural hair.
